Clawface leapt up to the Tallrock. She threw her head back and let out a long howl. "Let all those old enough to catch their own prey join beneath the Tallrock for a Pack meeting!"
The wolves were soon assembled underneath her, and she began. "We have new members among us this day. Make welcome Spark, our first queen, and her pups Daisy, Aquene, and Eclipse. Include them in your daily lives, and hunt for, defend, and care for them as you would your own kin. Meeting dismissed!"
Spark! Daisy! Aquene! Eclipse! Spark! Daisy! Aquene! Eclipse!

Another New Member!
Clawface tilted one eyebrow (or the place it would have been if she had any). "And yet another has joined our ranks..."
She leapt up to the Tallrock again. "Let all those old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the Tallrock for a Pack meeting!"
Many wolves were still in the clearing, but now in surprised curiosity they flooded around the Tallrock.
"We have yet another Hunter within our camp," Clawface barked. "Make welcome Alado, and do not exclude her from your daily lives." She looked down at the pretty white she-wolf below her. "Meeting dismissed."
Alado! Alado! Alado! Alado!

((Hey everyone! If you're reading this on March 29, 8:42 PM, grab a telescope and take a look outside for a rare celestial sight! Both Venus and Mercury are visible tonight!!!!!! Have fun! End edit.))
Clawface, feeling lighthearted, leapt up to the Tallrock. She gave a full, strong howl. "Let all those old enough to catch their own prey join beneath the Tallrock for a Pack meeting!" Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Night pad appear in the entrance of the Medic's den to watch.
Once the clearing was filled with wolves, Clawface began.
"We have new wolves in our company. Make welcome our two newest Hunters, Spiral and Raindancer." The blue-gray she-wolf looked down fondly at the pair, the continued. "We also have an Apprentice joining. Niagara, your mentor will be Tiko. I trust he will pass on all his knowledge and experience as a Hunter to you. Serve your pack well. Meeting dismissed!"
Spiral! Raindancer! Niagara! Spiral! Raindancer! Niagara!
((Swirly Girl, in Niagara's form you didn't mention what she was training to be. It's my fault, I should have put a reminder in the form (I will as soon as I post this post) but for now I'm assuming she's training to be a Hunter. If this isn't right I'll be happy to fix it. Hope to hear from you soon!))

Night has Returned!
Clawface had perched next to the prey-pile, quietly devouring a rabbit that someone had brought, when she felt the cold touch of a nose to her shoulder.
"What is it, Nanack."
"She's getting better."
Clawface looked up. "...what?"
Nanack nodded. Clawface could see a spark in her yellow eyes. "Night is recovering."
Clawface rose and headed for the Medicine den. Nanack followed her.
Clawface nosed her way into the den. Night was on a bed off moss in the corner. She was sitting up, though, and her eyes were bright and clear.
"Hello, Night." Clawface padded in and sat next to her Beta.
Night returned the greeting with a flick from her black tail. "I'll be up and running before you know it. I hope you weren't to worried about me."
Clawface shrugged. "Next time, say so when you start coughing. There's much I need to tell you."
Nanack sat back and watched as the Alpha and Night conversed. The skies seemed to be brightening. But the warning of the prophecy still hung in the air, and Nanack could tell Clawface was on edge. She waited, while Clawface explained the prophecy to Night.

A warm Newleaf day....but conspiracy lurks
Clawface emerged from her den. She stretched out her front paws first, and then her back ones. She gave her pelt a shake and headed down towards the southern end of the camp. The sun was shining, quite brightly, down on her and made she felt unconfortably hot. It was getting warmer every day, and it was about time Clawface, and all the wolves for that matter, started shedding her winter coat.
But while the Alpha moved away, something was watching her. One of the guards sat at the entrance of the den. His gaze followed the battle-scarred she-wolf until he heard the low voice of Phantom coming from behind him.
"What are you looking at, Venom?"
Venom twisted his head around to look Phantom in the eye. "Why do you ask?"
Phantom swished his tail irritably. "Never mind." He turned and paced away.
Venom shifted his vision back to the clearing.
"When the time is right..................."

The Second Warning
Clawface watched out the entrance to her den as rain pattered on the roof of her den, the Tallrock, and danced down the leaves that circled the camp. It was a light, warm, spring rain, but Clawface felt burdened with the prophecy from Starpack. When all was peaceful, nothing was as it seemed? It seemed rather peaceful now. But the she-wolf's muscles were tensed, prepared for an attack.
She sighed, twitching her tail once. Though she was in her den, her thoughts were in the Medic's den, where Night lay, suffering from whitecough. Nanack had spent the entire night with her, doing her best to help her, but the Beta didn't seem any better. She didn't seem any worse either, but this was little consolation. Clawface sighed, and looked up at the cloudy, overcast sky where the rain fell from. "Why, Starpack?" She pleaded silently. "Why did you let this happen?"
Suddenly, as if in answer, a single golden beam of light broke through the sky. Clawface watched it for a moment. Her eyes widened as a shining figure appeared in the middle of the ray of light. It was a shining gold, and her eyes glowed a bright, blood red.
Clawface stared, transfixed, as the wolf slowly padded over to her. No rain fell on her. It was as if the beam of light dried up every bit of water that entered it. The golden wolf stopped in front of Clawface. She blinked once.
"It is never wise to ask us 'why', Clawface. It is a much better path to ask 'what now'. For when you live in misery with a thousand burdens on your back, as you surely will, what good will it do you to know why it has happened?"
Suddenly, she was gone.
Clawface blinked a few times, as she hadn't once since the golden wolf appeared. She looked back up at the sky again. It still rained, but she felt a bit better.
"All right then, Starpack. What now?"

Rules now Added...
((Hello, fellow Pack members ☺ Been busy lately, but having looked around my pack a few things have come to my attention. So, I've made a set of rules. They're not long, and they shouldn't be too hard. Every so often I may add a new one as I see fit. So, here are the first three:
1. You have to comment in one of my posts at least once a week. The Chatbox DOES NOT COUNT. If you don't follow this rule, your status will be lowered more and more until I finally delete your characters. This is to avoid having members who don't do anything and only take up space. I have no hard feelings against anyone in this. But I want active people.
2. You are free to have as many characters as you want. But you have to play them. Don't create a character just to make a character. Don't get in over your head. Its not fun, for you or for anyone else.
3. If and when you're making a (new) character, check the list of members at the side of the page. I continually keep this updated and organized. If you see that there are way more males than she-wolves, or Guards than Hunters, try to help balance this out. The pack needs all the different wolves.
This is for the Pack's well-being and I'm not trying to pressure you guys in any way. I hope you guys have fun! Get commenting!))

New Members
Clawface crouched, and leapt easily up to the Tallrock. She lifted her chin and howled "Let all those old enough to catch their own prey join under the Tallrock for a pack meeting!"
Wolves flooded the clearing. Looking down at her beloved pack, Clawface barked "We have new members in our pack this day. Make welcome our newest Guards, Matias, Aurora, Ginger, and Romeo. Include in your daily lives our newest apprentice, Dawn. She will spend as many moons as it takes to become one of our swift Hunters. I expect the guidance of her mentor, Rusty, will help her immensely. Treat them all well. Meeting dismissed."

Night's Absence
((Okay guys, found out recently that Night won't be around for a while. I've written out a short story for the reason why...))
Clawface emerged from her den. The Alpha gave her blue-gray coat a shake. She glanced sideways over at the Prey-pile. Rusty had just brought some back, but the pile was still lower than she liked. She and trotted off towards the Guard's den. She poked her slim nose inside, saying "Night, I need you to lead a hunting patrol. We're short on prey." The black Beta looked up. Clawface noticed her eyes almost seemed glazed. "All right Clawface, I'll be out in a minute." She gave a weak cough. Quickly it grew more violent and Clawface closed her eyes and turned her head away slightly. "...are you all right?"
"I'm fine." Night wagged her tail slightly.
Clawface turned. "Be out soon." She padded out of the den and stretched out her front paws. She had other things to do than worry over a little cough her Beta seemed to have caught. But she was soon to stand corrected. She was busy among other things when Shinta came running up to her. "Clawface! There's something wrong!"
Clawface flicked her ears. "Don't yelp in my ear like that. I'll go deaf before I lose my last life. What do you mean, there's something wrong?"
"It's Night!"
Hearing the name, Clawface looked up. She could see the true panic in Shinta's eyes. "Show me."
The Guard led her to the den. They both peered inside. Night lay on her side on her bed of moss. Her side rose and fell, but her breath was only coughing. It almost moved her entire body.
Clawface turned on Shinta, yellow eyes blazing. "Get Nanack."
~~~
"She has Whitecough," Nanack said, rising from her place next to Night. "A pretty bad case. It hasn't turned into Greencough yet, but there's a good chance it will. She must've caught it sometime last night and didn't say anything."
Clawface swished her tail. First the prophecy she had seen yesterday, and now Night was sick. The last thing she had needed was for her Beta to fall ill. "Cure her," the Alpha ordered stubbornly. "Whatever you do, don't let her get any worse."
Nanack nodded. "I've done everything I can. Now, all we can do is wait and see if the herbs work."
