Welcome to Visitors

Greetings. I am Clawface, the Alpha of these parts. I can see you're unfamiliar with my territory, yes? Come along. You'll find something similar to hospitality inside our camp, though not for more than a night or two or you'll start getting dirty looks. Our pack is among the largest and strongest of packs. We are not your average softhearted puppy-pets, as are many of our... ahem... cousins, but rather stonehearted warriors who do not and will not hesitate to defend each other at the cost of our lives. It would be a good idea for you to keep your intentions and destinations to yourself. More than one of us is suspicious of any and all strangers. So go ahead and take a look around. Grab a bite to eat when the crabbier packmates, including myself, aren't watching, take a swim at the falls... whatever, for all I care. Just don't be here tomorrow unless you want to join us! We'll see about that.

New Members

Clawface crouched, and leapt easily up to the Tallrock. She lifted her chin and howled "Let all those old enough to catch their own prey join under the Tallrock for a pack meeting!"
Wolves flooded the clearing. Looking down at her beloved pack, Clawface barked "We have new members in our pack this day. Make welcome our newest Guards, Matias, Aurora, Ginger, and Romeo. Include in your daily lives our newest apprentice, Dawn. She will spend as many moons as it takes to become one of our swift Hunters. I expect the guidance of her mentor, Rusty, will help her immensely. Treat them all well. Meeting dismissed."

Matias! Aurora! Ginger! Romeo! Dawn! Matias! Aurora! Ginger! Romeo! Dawn!

    "Of-of course Clawface!" he stuttered "C'mon Dawn lets go out into the forest." he wagged his tail at the new apprentice. He was the first mentor of Moonpack!

    Dawn jumped up and ran next to Rusty. "What are we going to do first? I want to learn how to hunt in leaves, cause where we came from I only hunted in snow."

    Ginger swished her tail around in happiness. How long had she waited for this? Her whole life? She had wanted to be part of something bigger than just their small sibling pack forever.

    Romeo looked cautiously around at the pack. Was this the right choice for him? Should he have chosen the other option? No-Dawn and Ginger were happy here, and he could still have, in essence, what he wanted.

    "Erm...first I want to see everything you can do,from crouched to strikes and even the battle moves you know. You still need to know those even as a hunter. Lets head out to the Training Hollow" he said trotted briskly over to the hollow.
